公寓在青澳灣一個帶別墅的高檔看海小區，離北迴歸線廣場不遠。小區背山面海，環境和景觀非常好。
當初為了看日出🌅，選了好久才定下，看中的就是房間景觀有山有海無遮擋。遺憾的是第二天早上全島大霧，沒看成日出😂但總體體驗還是很棒，坐小區電梯能直接到海灘，也算彌補了一點景觀上的遺憾。
房間很新，設施齊全也安靜，衞生也沒得説。入住時已經比較晚了，天氣有點冷；推開門看到燈都開好了，瞬間感覺特別温馨。重點表揚床品，軟軟的很舒服，像回到家裡一樣👍
老闆很nice，提醒我們南澳當天有很隆重的營老爺和民俗活動，讓我們沒錯過精彩的體驗🎉有什麼問題問老闆，都會耐心回覆，很貼心🌹
我們的主要活動在後宅鎮，也沒有環島，青澳灣對我們來説相對來説遠一點，主打景色美。想住這邊的朋友，坐公交或者開車會更舒適。

機會點：三間房，有一間房間門都沒有，廳裏沒有額外的凳子，抱枕有點臟，沒有多一個垃圾袋裝垃圾，我們5個人，杯子不夠用，衹有2個杯子
優點：整體來説衞生還是很好的，可以看到海景，風車山，躺着看日出，有停車票贈送，都是浴巾簌口杯都是一次性用品。樓下就有便利店，開車離沙灘不遠，吃宵夜也很近。

首先對南澳島做個客觀的評價：去之前聽説南澳島沙灘是中國南部最好的沙灘，懷着期待的心情，特意挑選大年初七等別人都快上班時踏上前往的旅程，結果從廣州開車到酒店花了整整八個小時，特別是上島花了2個多小時。粵D本地的車就可以直接上南澳大橋，蒙A京A等從外地遠道而來的遊客衹能繞幾個彎排隊好幾個小時上橋進島。北迴歸線廣場的沙灘上也是垃圾遍地，沙子也沒見有多細膩。整體一句話：惠州雙月灣和陽江海陵島體驗感比南澳島好多了。
再説酒店：住了兩晚，房費共計1900元，第一晚天花板上老鼠吱吱吱叫了大半夜，客廳也有蟑螂，床單睡了一晚後身上癢，第二天特意交代老闆把床單被褥全換了，結果睡了還是癢。。。

房子寬敞大氣，最重要的是看日出超正！一邊看海上日出，一邊看風車山！房間佈置温馨！點贊老闆的服務意識👍晚上吃得太飽想泡壺茶消消食，問老闆借點茶葉，老闆本沒在附近，過了會兒，沒想到親自給我送到樓上來！

酒店位於清河灣鬧中取靜的地方，有自己的車庫，我們一羣六大一小訂了四室兩廳的房子。我們有兩輛車，房東就給了我們兩張停車券和早餐券，房間的地理位置非常好，有三張大床和一張雙人床。主卧可以看到大海，我們入住那天晚上有好多人在海邊放煙花真的美極了。房東還很貼心的放置了麻將桌，非常適合我們在節假日出行放鬆休閑。

真的超級滿意，根據推薦來的，省了自己慢慢做功課的時間，省時又省力，贊贊贊（˘͈ᵕ ˘͈❀）地理位置非常棒，好停車，樓下就是沙灘，定的房間裏陽台就可以看到日出，非常美！老闆服務也很好，推薦攻略和吃飯的地方都很好，性價比很高，下次再來還住這裏！

大過年的來潮汕旅遊，當然南澳島也得來打卡👍這家公寓在南澳島頂部🔝設施各方便都很好，老闆人不錯，還介紹了靠譜美食店！就是過年上島着實有點受罪（堵車），下次有機會要再來慢遊幾日！
