環境：酒店的周邊環境比較方便，位於南澳縣城的中心，走路來旅遊的比較適合。
設施：設施比較老，房間也比較小，應該是老的政府賓館。
服務：服務還不錯
總體來説，優缺點明顯，優點就是位置比較方便，不開車的，適合住這裏。如果開車自駕是可以住的遠一點。缺點就是環境比較老，設施也比較老，還有就是隔音比較差。門口説話很清楚聽的
