Yes, you can see the sea but it's not a full seaview as claimed. There is one building blocking the views. Despite that, you get quite a view from the balcony.
The washing machine also turned out to be handy.
The location is less than 10 minutes from the town center. You will need to rent a electric scooter 🛵 to move around.
The scooter rental company recommended by the owner provides good service.

Thanks to excellent directions and instructions we managed to find the flat easily.......even though it was late at night. The room was spotless and the view was excellent from the balcony...we took great photos of the sunset and the view of the fishing boats at night is unusual. The facilities were as described...fridge, washing machine, kettle etc and we made this our home for 4 nights. In the evening we ate at local restaurants and hired e bikes to tour the fabulous Island. Definitely recommend

Very bad experience, it's called a homestay, but it's actually a rented house in the community. No one is there to receive you, you have to find it by yourself, which is very inconvenient. It's called a sea view room, but you can barely see the sea. There is a construction site in front of the building. If it wasn't stopped during the Spring Festival, it would be very noisy in the morning and evening, affecting your rest. When the building in front is built, you won't be able to see the sea.
