先説優點：
1.環境非常好，有陽台可以晾衣服，在床上就可以看大片海景，晚上伴海浪聲入睡
2.交通便利，300m內兩個公交站
3.附近很多好吃的，推薦樓下的鹵鵝飯
4.老闆態度很好，非常詳細的交代了很多事情，還給推薦了景點
5.床墊軟硬適中，對喜歡軟床墊的人可能不友好，但對喜歡睡硬床的人是天堂
再説缺點：
1.位置非常不好找！高德衹能把你帶到小區附近然後就歇菜了，我和朋友沒有打電話給老闆（因為感覺電話裏也説不清楚），可以詢問樓下海鮮店工作人員
2.自助式入住，需要加老闆微信，社恐地獄
3.正常民宿的衞生條件，床單上有幾個小黃點（因人而異，我和朋友覺得無所謂）
4.衞生間的吹風機用一會會自己停
5.臨近廣場，有點吵

房間很喜歡，坐在床上也能看到一望無際的大海～
早上起來在陽台就能看日出，晚上還能聽到海浪的聲音，坐在陽台的凳子心情都會很愉快～
而且出行都很方便，樓下就有公交站，附近還有很多吃的，總體來説體驗不錯～
