差差差，衞生非常差，地理位置還行，樓下都是海鮮大排檔，衞生這麼差的民宿還是第一次碰到，頭髮沙子到處都有，非常影響出來遊玩的心情

前台人員服務態度極差，酒店霸王條款，太坑人了。。房間很小，衞生搞得也很不乾淨，房間裏有味道。。床很硬很硬，千萬千萬不要去住。。

第一次來南澳，房子選了很久，房間乾淨衞生，給人第一印象很好。很適合一家人或者三五好友住。兩個陽台都可以看到海，坐在沙發和卧室床上就可以看到海，特別舒服，早上還可以看到日出，晚上睡覺也很安靜聽着海浪聲入睡。
房東人也很熱情，有什麼不懂的問她都很快回復，還推薦了玩的項目和美食。
地理位置也很好，離沙灘很近，樓下也有很多餐館，便利店，買東西也很方便。
下次來還會選擇這家。

實話實説，沙發坐着舒服，陽台可以看海，對着沙灘，有廚具洗衣機，床好硬，習慣軟點的慎重，衞生太窄，瘦點的人還好能擠進去，胖子坐馬桶上估計臉直接懟玻璃隔斷牆，詳情智能馬桶，智能窗簾，都不是
