It was said to be a sea view room, but when I got there it was said to be on the 3rd floor. I booked a 4-bedroom suite, but they changed them to 2 rooms on high floors with one large and one small bed. It was not a sea view room at all. I could only see a little from the side, which was not consistent with the actual situation. Also, the price of the room they changed to was much different from the price I booked at the time. I asked for a refund of the difference in the suite price, but the merchant refused to refund it on the grounds that the room price was inflated, which was not what I wanted at all. I was not satisfied with the price for not being able to see the sea view. I hope Ctrip will carefully review these scams. They are just unfinished buildings with a few rooms built to mislead consumers online, and they also say that they should cancel the reservation.
