酒店工作人員服務不錯，提前聯繫發送停車指引，還有遊玩攻略和美食攻略，酒店房間挺好的一家人可以都住在一起，景觀也不錯，但是那個水龍頭開關和花灑開關真是超級難用根本擰不動，所有的設施設第一原則是方便實用，而不是追求獨特的外形外觀，那個花灑水小了是冷水，開大了那個水壓特別大用的太難受了

首先，房間很老舊，我出來旅遊10幾天了.大大小小酒店公寓都住過，第一次寫評價！ 房間設計不合理，置物的地方都很低，而且空間小！
房間颳了比別的酒店公寓貴的錢，看海是一方面主要就是為了日出 結果窗户小不説，玻璃還很臟，根本無法錄像效果的差極了
窗簾拉不到頭，露着很亮，覺沒睡好！
房間不隔音 有客户在走廊不關門喧嘩.聯繫管家就從監控看看説馬上就走，態度好不解決問題
還有就是酒店很難找，我拖着行李 停車按説明找不到都沒有人接！ 前一天住的其他海景房，還便宜100多 房間又大又好！ 真是 與實圖嚴重不符合！ 心情很差 不想再來

位置很好找，店員小哥哥小姐姐還會幫忙找車位，帶我們參觀房間，服務態度很好，非常有耐心，不是旺季店員小姐姐還給我們免費升級了日出海景房！
房間打掃的特別乾淨，沒有異味！
房間內配套設施完善，都是大牌子，還有零食飲料，入住有水果，前台還有免費的現磨咖啡☕️
樓下就有小童遊樂區，全天遮陰

1、剛來停車的時候，沒很多指示，然後，找了半天，走錯路，沒有人來接一下，或清楚闡述。2、酒店內的洗臉盆龍頭很不好用，開關不方便。3、對於親子不太友好，沒有太多温馨提示，比如淋浴花灑讓小朋友害怕（水壓大，沖力大）。4、進門的小朋友玩具都是破破爛爛，沒什麼可以租用的意義。5、特別是入住提醒，下單後沒人聯繫我們，一直都是主動自己詢問什麼時候可以入住。6、早餐我們一家三口寶寶2歲，竟然不給寶寶早餐，要主動索要，不準多拿，不要浪費我理解，但是要索要很可笑。7、整體服務稍微滿意發了一些吃喝玩樂的參考。8、房間這個價位這樣的體驗，感覺不會再住，也不會推薦別人住。

第一次過來南澳這邊玩，看這個民宿能看海景價格也實惠就訂了，跟預期的一樣景色非常美，早上能一邊泡澡一邊看日出，這個位置去後宅鎮吃東西非常方便，衞生設施乾淨整潔，房間有空氣凈化機和小冰箱，洗衣服也可以直接烘乾，前台服務態度都非常好，下次過來這邊旅遊還是繼續選擇這家

第一次來這邊旅遊本來還是很擔心房間會不會和照片有差別，但是到了以後發現房間非常乾淨漂亮，也可以直接看到大海，酒店大堂門口是可以直接租到電動車的 非常方便，工作人員服務質量也讓人感覺到非常的舒適，下次過來玩還是會繼續住在這邊
