就一整層隔出來當民宿，風格我挺喜歡的，拍照好看，站在窗户上能看見彩虹道打卡，北緯23度也在前面一點，樓下海景很絕。我訂的房在外面看，就是大陽台隔出來的，所以房間很小，走不開道，一個馬桶都蹲不開。就因為是網紅打卡地，所以也是擁堵點。。本來節假日房價就比淡季翻了兩三倍，管家服務卻一般。總體滿意，想好好體驗還是避開節假日。

酒店就在北迴歸線景區，離海超級近，一開窗就是海景。我們去的那天海風超級大，晚上睡覺窗户未完全封閉死，風聲大得睡不着，11點多聯繫客服，客服很耐心，及時給我們換了房間，圖片裏的是1715房間的景色，還不錯！睡眠淺的家人，海風大的時候要慎重選擇海邊的民宿。

#服務服務很差，問有沒有充電樁，讓我自己百度（其實地下車庫就有的）晚上7點到的，風大霧大還下着雨，路都看不清，拍了圖發給客服，基本上都不回，打了N個電話，發過來一堆圖片。#衞生u1s1挺乾淨，配了一次性毛巾浴巾，薄薄一張。#位置交通在新晉網紅地海泉灣，但是位置很偏，開車方便，打車都費勁。#房間設施平台上寫的面積30-35平米，實際使用面積15平米，跟客服反饋，跟我説平台上寫的是建築面積，所以公攤佔一半？裏面所有的設施都是迷你號的，洗手枱還沒臉盆大，水龍頭開水的時候在晃，感覺隨時會掉。床也很小，沒有床頭，枕頭薄薄兩個。馬桶和洗澡間在一起，沒有乾濕分離，洗澡會弄得地上都是水，而且會積水，洗完澡上廁所衹能淌水，整個房間最廉價的就是衞生間。#性價比房子是長租房改的隔斷間，衹拍照好看（窗外是海景，也衹有這點不錯）但是住宿體驗很差，住過那麼多賓館，每次都是看面積選的，這次是縮水最嚴重的一次。如果按實際面積標準找，100多的海景房一大堆，沒必要選這裏，感覺被騙了。

樓下就是打卡地………其他民宿有的沒有在一層，而且沒有裝修走廊，沒有前台，但是也非常便捷，一個小程序搞定一切，100按金其實沒有必要，就是沒有床，石墩砌起來，席夢思放上去，

1.商家玩文字遊戲。我訂了兩個房型大床房和標間，下單時商家在每個房間商品名前都有寫4位數字，讓人以為是房號，我特地選了1705和1703，方便照顧家人。入住前也聯繫商家，詢問是否在一起，並告知我需要兩間房相鄰近一點，商家回覆是的，結果實際入住的是1706的標間和1717的大床房，隔了11個房間，1717在走廊的盡頭。入住後希望能調整，商家説滿房沒辦法調整。2.大床房我拍的商品寫的是30-35平方，但1717房進門就是一個長過道轉彎，實際房間裏沒有30，房間很小，床挨着窗户，活動空間有限，慎選。3.1717馬桶不蓄水，無法使用沖水，而且水箱一直進水，聲很大影響長者睡眠，1706馬桶漏水，在21點38分回到房間發現這個問題後，我聯繫管家維修，1個多小時師傅都沒來，我電話打了5次，商家微信回覆也不及時，期間也衹有我主動聯繫，商家沒有主動告知師傅到底來不來、什麼時候來、修沒修好，直到23點12分我再次聯繫，管家給我説師傅在修了，我説1706房間也有問題他沒來，還是我自己去1717看，結果師傅走都走了，然後1706房間漏水直到我離店也沒人管。4.昨晚有風，房間窗户有點高，而且很重不好關上，密碼門一直框框響，非常影響睡眠。我向商家提出前兩個問題，商家以優惠我22元來讓我諒解，我不理解，以上四個原因就是導致我離店後是打1分的原因。另外給了1分，因為1706角度還行，能看日出，1717能看月亮。

房間非常贊，海景一絕，床品很舒服，定的落日房，入住完了正好看日落.樓下就是北緯23度網紅打卡點，要拍照的朋友有福了.邊上沒走幾分鐘就有一片小沙灘，人很少安靜，小朋友挖了半天的沙子很開心.下次還會選擇這邊👍

在海泉灣最靠近海的9棟17樓，地下車庫可以停車，一線海景房，全程自助辦理入住，房間夠大，乾淨衞生，落地玻璃近距離觀海，離南澳北迴歸線和我愛南澳兩個網紅打卡點就在面前。春節期間人流多，有點堵車。總體還行

在南澳島海泉灣，離海最近的9棟17樓，全程自助辦理入住，房間大，落地玻璃海景美。床品舒適，海泉灣小區門口附近有幾家海鮮餐廳還行。門口有北迴歸線地標打卡，附近有三囱崖燈塔和觀景台，可以看海上日出。總體不錯。
