服務：服務更是寶藏級別！前台熱情高效，還貼心升級了海景房，入住前就分享各種攻略
環境：位置堪稱黃金選址，步行可達海邊沙灘，周邊商圈、景點交通都超便利，出行完全不用費心，停車也非常方便，店門口就有專屬停車位

酒店的位置很方便，酒店馬路對面海邊，很容易找，附近也有很多小吃和海鮮，手工藝品，點外賣也不用15分鐘就到了。前台小姐姐很温柔，房間很乾凈，很舒服，每天一起床就看到海。我已經計劃下施再去南澳再訂這酒店。

1、地理位置很好，酒店過馬路就是大海，出酒店右走200多米就是遊客中心公交站，進入南奧島坐公交都很方便。出門左拐一路上有很多吃的。
2、房間乾淨整潔，沒發現需要吐槽的地方，特別是提供了一次性浴巾、毛巾和馬桶套，這點最令我滿意，還質量不錯的一次拖鞋，另一雙洗澡用的涼拖，很多酒店都衹提供一雙一次性拖鞋，如果自已沒另帶涼拖鞋，就衹好光腳去洗澡。酒店還提供洗衣機和烘乾機，我自己洗的衣服拿去烘乾，雖然時間長了點，但也烘乾了，這點也滿意！
3.再説服務，前台幾個漂亮女孩服務很熱情周到，説話輕聲細語，耐心解釋，有求必應，礦泉水不夠又給兩瓶，烘乾機不會用，馬上讓師傅來幫我，需求寄快遞，幫我手機下單。
一點建議:一是如果有早餐就好了，哪怕是雞蛋牛奶豆漿麪包簡單點也行；二是城景房改下稱謂，房子夲來挺好，窗外就是普通們民宅，沒有城景，容易讓住客人產生心理落差

小度自動化設備，馬桶洗漱台都較新，就是牆面有被客户弄的劃痕顯舊。房間陽光很好，可以看海看煙花，就在馬路邊對面，隔壁就能租車，有吸煙區和洗衣房，有冰箱微波爐，有小孩的木馬玩具，前台有自助恆温飲水機，對帶小孩的地方很友好。服務周到，會提前發攻略，幫忙搬行李。對了，酒店都是安排一次性毛巾，還有貼心的一次性馬桶，太方便了！

房間很乾凈，服務態度也很好。網上訂的城景房，當天又有海景房空出，還給免費做了房型升級。出門就是海灘，樓下就有島內環線和出島的公交車，出行也很方便。
