The room looked absolutely nothing like pictures with an old dingey carpet and a tiny 28" TV. The fridge was broken and propped up on one corner with a stack of broken tiles to try and stop some of its wobblyness. The "private ocean view balcony" was instead a view of the trail to the children's park instead. The jacuzzi tub looked like the jets hadn't been cleaned in ages and were so black with mildew, neither my wife nor I thought it to be hygienic enough to use.
The location itself was convenient, though, and was just a short walk to the beach.

Check in was by an un-smiling man who did not appear happy or particularly helpful. He allowed me to see the rate the hotel would charge me which is very much less that what ******* charged. Your rates that you add to resort is much too high.
Restaurant cancelled my reservation for Monday dinner and was not open for breakfast. This was a big disappointment. Room was fine but did not provide water bottles every day and did not have ice making capacity. Coffee was provided, tea was not.

Mediocre Stay
Mediocre service, dated/broken furnishings in room, nice location but limited ocean access and felt like we were an inconvenience to local residents. Good base location for day trips.

This is a children's resort we could hear children crying and talking next door. We moved rooms but problem not resolved walls paper thin could hear everything. wanted to watch tv before bed its up a wall at an angle neck got sore Chose this resort out of town for peace and quiet but didnt happen this is not a place for adults without children to relax they are everywhere hot tub pools etc Its a 2 dressed up as a nine. NEVER AGAIN I WONT EVEN DRIVE BY THIS PLACE USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU HAVE KIDS. Refund please....

Rooms need updating, paint peeling off the wall, bathroom was pretty gross , coffee maker has never been cleaned, pool and hot tub was nice.

Resort was clean, quiet. Front desk staff were not knowledgeable about the resort or what was happening day to day. After a long day of hiking, we came back to find out the only restaurant at the resort was closed for a private event. No warning of this earlier the day.
