"Advantages: New hotel, new equipment, very friendly service staff, and independent underground parking lot. Disadvantages: 1. The water pressure and temperature are not enough. 2. The room instructions were unclear and I had to go around in circles before I found the room. 3. There is no air conditioning, only heating, and no ventilation. The room is super stuffy. The only way to ventilate is to open the window. This is the only hotel I have seen that can open windows and has no protective measures outside the windows. The space that can be opened by the window is enough for a thin adult to enter and exit. If there are children, there is a great safety hazard. 4. There are very few breakfast items and they are not labeled. You have no idea what they are unless you open the box. I hope the hotel will pay close attention to the above issues."

"第一次來到南安這個城市，也是第一次入住這家酒店，感覺真的很棒！大堂一進門前台年女士就很熱心的打招呼了，讓我感受到了來自南安的第一份善意，並且注意到了我們帶着小朋友行李有很多不方便，在辦理入住的時候就幫忙安排了行李車把行李先送到門口，還貼心安排了沙發坐下，又端來了清爽的檸檬水，一下就為我掃清了路途的疲憊 ，因為人生地不熟，還為我們推薦了一些特色景點，拍照很出片，這幾天多虧了這份攻略讓我們在南安玩的很開心。又特地為小朋友準備了一份小童一次性用品讓機器人送到了房間門口。還有一張手寫的歡迎卡片，上面的文字和圖案也深深感動到了我。 客房和廚房的阿姨們也都很有禮貌，看見她們的時候都會面帶微笑問候。酒店設施也都很新，房間也配備了智能設備小愛音箱，開關燈光和電視都特別方便。毛巾浴巾也有配備專門的消毒櫃，使用的時候特別放心。房間還有小冰箱可以放旅遊買的一些水果。早餐是自助早餐，品種很豐富，特色麪線糊小朋友特別喜歡吃。"

"第一天入住 剛進房間覺得物超所值，但是前台的專業水準需加強, 因本人持落地簽（一次性台胞證），說我所持的非正式台胞證，無法登記叫我去公安機關開立證明若沒有證明的話我明天就得退房處理，還跟我講若有公安機關來查所有剛入住等等。 第二天早上我馬上跑泉金碼頭問海關, 海關說他們何發的落地簽是在網上也有編號可以查詢的到。 所以扣除這段不愉快的事件，本人實在建議希望服務人員尤其是前台 能熟念相關的規定 這樣才能更好的服務客人。 後來我也順利的在這間飯店住了三天整體感覺我還是給予肯定的"
