The toilet seat is too dirty. We booked a room for 4 days. If you don't ask them to help with the cleaning, they won't do it. The charges for the things placed in it are too high, 10 yuan for water and 10 yuan for a bag of tea. 😂, the price list is not easy for you to see, so you don’t know until you check out that you have to pay for it. The disposable shoes on the first day of check-in are placed here, and they are still there on the fifth day. Here, the bathroom ceiling is still leaking, making you want to use an umbrella to get into it🤣🤣

It was a very unpleasant stay. There was no service to speak of. The hygiene was not very good and the toilet smelled of acidic urine. The charged supplies were not priced. If you book a double bed room, you will be given a toothbrush🪥

The air conditioner cannot produce hot air and told me that the temperature is not lower than 9°. This is the first time I have heard of such hotel standards. The room next door opens at 12 o'clock at night and the chatter is so noisy that I can't sleep. I called the front desk and told me that they have no right to stop guests from chatting.

The facilities are very old! The room smells bad! The air conditioner makes a loud noise! It smells bad! No indoor smoking ban is enforced! The room was not clean! There is no socket at the bedside of the room! The light keeps flashing! The sound insulation is super poor! There is a KTV downstairs, but the website didn’t tell you! When I heard that the air conditioner was not heating, the front desk staff replied, "On Ctrip's page, it only says air conditioning, not heating, so there is no heating." Did they think they were in the north? The air conditioner is only cold!
