1. Random charges. I told them everything when I checked out, but they still charged me extra. 2. After staying for several days, some toiletries were not changed, and the bed sheets were not changed. 3. The KTV downstairs was occasionally pounding, which made me wake up in the middle of my sleep.

Cleanliness: I'm only commenting on the cleanliness of the room I booked. Upon entering, I noticed the floor wasn't very clean. The bathroom mirror was covered in stains. I suspect it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, or perhaps never, as I wiped it several times and it still wouldn't come clean. The bathroom shower head, hooks, and other items were also dirty. I cleaned almost every other fixture in the room, but they weren't clean. Environment: Average. The hotel seemed to be under renovation. There were a lot of equipment piled up at the entrance, making it difficult for me to get in and out with my suitcase. Service: I didn't have high expectations for the service. From check-in to check-out, communication was peaceful and smooth, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. However, the lack of cleanliness should be considered part of the service, so it's not a good idea. Amenities: There was no QR code or password for the Wi-Fi connection in the room. I've stayed in many hotels before and they always have a QR code for Wi-Fi. There was a leak next to the sink in my bathroom, and the water kept dripping out. While I was washing my hands, I ended up washing my feet. I didn't realize it at first, and my socks and trouser legs got soaked. It was really disappointing.
