City Hotel（Nan'an Xiasui）

We booked two rooms. When we stayed on the first night, we found cockroaches in the first room. The next morning, we told the front desk to clean it. When we came back at 11 o'clock in the evening, we told the front desk that we wanted to change rooms, but the front desk's attitude was not very good. But in the end, they helped to change the room. When the security came to check the room, they also found a dead cockroach by the window, and the toilet in the other room was also blocked. At that time, the front desk also called someone to clean it, but their attitude was just so-so. of

The room is relatively neat and clean, and the location is easy to find. The breakfast is not particularly rich but it can satisfy most tastes and needs. Overall, it's a good affordable hotel. If you don't overly pursue enjoyment, it's still very good.

The front desk service attitude is very good and parking is convenient! Recommended.

The hotel is in the suburbs, the surrounding environment is not very good, and there are no places to eat, drink or have fun nearby. The decoration inside the hotel has peeled off and is dusty, and it doesn't look like it was renovated in 2023. I didn't think much about it because the price was cheap, but When checking out, because the checkout time exceeded 1 hour and 20 minutes, normally the hotel will not charge unless it is affected. As a result, I was charged a 40RMB overtime fee. When I asked about the charging standard, it was not shown. Overall, the experience was very poor.

過年價格翻番就算了，本身泉州旅遊的人就多，結果酒店最基本的服務都沒跟上！！自駕帶外省的朋友到來泉州玩，車停在酒店停車場被蹭了結果聯繫前台，前台説沒有權限調監控要找店長，説店長不在讓我們第二天再找。拖到第二天聯繫前台又説店長很忙沒空處理！！還是前言不搭後語騙我們説店長看了半天監控什麼都看不到，讓我們報警處理，結果報警警察同志一來不到三分鐘就找到了！！警察同志一找就找到了你們店長看了半天監控什麼都看不到？？？在騙誰？？？！！！至始至終店長都沒有出現 不配合協助處理，還編謊話騙人，不知道到底在忙什麼！！！太垃圾了 外省朋友説你們福建人都這樣沒有責任心的嘛？？真的很讓人覺得丟福建人的臉！！！大過年的！！！差評就是給店長的 真的很不會做生意遇到這樣的事本身就已經很不爽了 結果酒店店長這麼不負責任 真是一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥，一點責任心都沒有 還不誠實！！！太給福建人丟臉了！！！體驗非常差！！！如果説一定要報警才可以調監控就直接説 可是店長不出現還讓前台騙人！大家也好好斟酌到底要不要住這樣一個店長不負責任還欺騙顧客的酒店！！！
