Juruo Boutique Homestay (Quanzhou Dongstation Branch)

This is my first time staying outside the province. I booked it after seeing recommendations on my past travels. It was mainly because I wanted to be closer to the high-speed rail station. It’s not very pleasant to review it. We booked the National Day holiday from the 3rd to the 7th. Since we arrived in Quanzhou too late, we went to have dinner first. The customer service said that it was too late and no one at the front desk needed to help us verify the room reservation first. (I previously booked the mini special room in Figure 2 because it was too small, so I canceled the order and changed it to the elegant and warm double room in Figure 3.4. I don’t know if it was because I didn’t go to the site to book a room, but the customer service deceived me and directly opened a mini special room for me ( The room type is exactly the same as Ctrip’s mini special room.) After I contacted customer service, the reply was that this room is an elegant and warm double bed room. Looking at pictures 4 to 8, it is exactly the same as the mini special room listed online. What’s funny is that the customer service said On the first floor, there is a mini special offer for an elegant and warm king-size bed room. On the fifth floor???? The customer service of the B&B insisted that they would give me an elegant and warm king-size bed. Fortunately, the boss was quite gentle and came forward to solve the problem. He said that the room type was not enough, so he gave it to me. As a guest of the special room, I really can’t understand whether you should communicate with the guest in advance if you want to downgrade the room type (the customer service also emphasized that the room type is the matching room type, haha). Although they compensated me for the price difference after communication, I encountered this kind of thing when I went out. Not even happy anymore ps: My sisters who were traveling together also encountered this situation. The rooms booked did not match the actual rooms. They were all too small. Another point is that the toilet in the special room on the first floor that was given to me didn’t even have an exhaust fan, and the hygiene was very poor (see picture).

性價比很高的民宿，服務態度也很好，説的是無人自助，晚上到了前台打電話給客服，客服馬上就過來了。可以泡澡，投大屏幕看視頻，家庭影院即視感。離泉州火車站距離不遠，走路大概15-20分鐘吧。雖然説距離近，還是建議晚上到的朋友打車比較好，外面大路晚上容易走錯。
