乾淨衞生服務貼心，每天送糖水和水果，有泳池，停車場，旁邊即是購物廣場，酒店的菜式不錯，比在外面吃價格實惠，環境好，親子房很温馨，

來水頭必住酒店，地理位置挺好的，每次來感覺都很親切，這次來感覺很好，工作人員很熱情，房間舒適，早餐也豐富。晚上在酒店的三樓用餐，價位不高，吃的很滿意，下次來還是會選擇的酒店。晚上還送了甜湯，甜甜的，暖暖的，點贊一個！

非常貼心，提前一天酒店客服來電提示天氣預報，晚上甜品花生湯 銀耳羹輪換送喝，早餐自助豐富，本地特色小吃嚐鮮。房間面積在水頭是最大的，設施齊全，服務熱情悉心，態度好，連住兩晚，性價比超高的一家酒店，推薦朋友去住。走的時候還有小禮物，下次還來住。

原先訂了附近的V酒店（千萬別去訂，平台上面的房間照片根本不是他們的，他們亦預算你看房之後會取消的。 停車場在後巷內，那條又黑又長又窄的巷，還害我擦花了側鏡!🤬），所以臨時改訂了這一家老酒店，進店後發生了以下事情：
1. 我們在平台上訂好，收到回覆確認，才開車過去，但經理還是查了很長時間才找到我們的單
2. 我們住的是15樓，電梯上去後，後半條走廊也是關燈的。經通知後，酒店還要把整個15樓的走廊燈🥲
3. 要他們加一張被子，到走的時候還沒有來。
4. 浴室的水是血水的顏色，投訴時，酒店回覆説**一般他們不把15樓的房租出去**，要我們把水開長時間點即可😵💫
5. 第二晚回酒店時，一出電梯就是很嘈吵的“打齋”聲音，就是那種道士做法事的樂器聲頌經聲，一直唸到12點都沒停。（打電話到前台問，他們十多20人擠在一個房間裏頌經是幹嘛呢？ 酒店説，我哪知道呢？）
綜合1、2、4、5點，我一度以為酒店樓層是有鬼的。👻

房間配套設施還好，最差勁的就是床墊，硬邦邦的，本來出差就比較累，睡那個床睡得我們腰疼，建議更換床墊。

衞生：較滿意，浴缸水剛放出來顏色很深，不過也説明浴缸沒人用
環境：很滿意，停車場非常大
服務：很滿意
設施：較滿意，有放一小罐洗衣粉，這很可以；房間空調貌似有問題，調10度都不冷，室温一直顯示是24度

不是第一次入住。因為方便。房間老舊不説。還帶着一股味道。空調也不好用。關鍵續住不做任何提醒，大堂經理説沒有這個服務。你行李在這個房間我們就覺得你得續住。態度囂張跋扈，要是紋身就是***了。最後網上強制扣錢。建議趕緊換掉大堂經理，做酒店的基本素質都沒有就不要做這行。要不就換回以前的管理，至少人家還有基本的認錯態度。兵熊熊一個，將熊熊一窩。
