"Cons. Weak cigarette smell upon check-in, mold on the bathroom ceiling.
Pros. Location, very friendly service, various items such as coffee, bread, butter, jam, and ice are provided in the lobby. There are 5 bottles of water in the room.
Overall, good value for money. Above all, the friendly customer service is the best."

"I haven't been to Hanok Stay a lot, but I think I can say that it is the best Hanok hotel in Korea. The staff were friendly and there were major tourist spots in Namwon right next door, so I traveled so comfortably. If I have something to go to Namwon, I definitely want to go again ㅎㅎ"

Especially the water pressure was so happy when I was taking a shower than anywhere else ~ The temperature outside was so high that I was sweaty, but I washed it all at once ^^

Location is good service good but facilities and cleanliness

AAlessandraHost's were really friendly and supportive.
Room has floor heating and due to that room got really hot. Shower is really good. We had an issue with the bedding where we complained to the host and he looked into it wanting to give you another room but we stayed in that room as it was only for two nights.
More towels have been also provided after requesting them and a welcome bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and a few other toiletries were in that bag.
Water bottles as much you ask for and even at the checkout the host lady gave us each 2 bottles of water to take with us which was really appreciated and a rare first gesture I experienced.

It's a structure that connects to the first floor restaurant and elevator, but you can't go this way.

GGuest UserSuddenly I went and made a reservation, but it was clean and nice. I didn't use it, but there were a lot of amenities. It was a little disappointing that there was no big shower towel. The location is a bit remote across the bridge, but it was nice to sleep quietly, and there are many unintel here? It was a little difficult to move my luggage from the parking lot to the room directly up the stairs. But the price is very good, so give you five stars!
