I recently had the pleasure of staying at Banari Regency By Summit. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access of Chardham. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles by the friendly staff, who were always eager to assist and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Pros: Very Specious rooms. Nice interiors. Clean bathrooms. Food was amazing. Very responsive staff. Cons: Hot water available only till 7.30 after that you have to call and request for the hot water. Google map location of the hotel is wrong.

Had stayed with family.great location.seems to be a new hotel.very welcoming staff.limited food options,although its because of the remote location of the villages in sikkim.Rooms are very spaceous.do Book the regular rooms as they have a stunning view.the jet spray for the WC has just HOT WATER(wow!)which the staff knew as well..does scald the posteriors if i may say so!the owners seem to have used a pure hot water pipe for the jet,considering the cold climes but forgot to regulate the temperatures! Not a deal breaker but someone may get seriously injured..

I visited Namchi in May, 2024 and had stayed in this hotel with family. Must say that the stay was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious & clean. The food is excellent and service is good. All the staffs are courteous , helpful and did their best to make the stay wonderful.

The Hotel is Very Good and Parking Space is Ample The staff at Frontdesk and Restaurant is Smiling ,friendly and Welcoming. A Hidden Gem of a Hotel indeed The buffet is Good The view from hotel is excellent and standard of Rooms are wonderful Overall a Good Experience

Liked the property and the silent ambience around the hotel. The staffs were friendly & professionals. The room area of premium suite is enough and well maintained. The food served to us were much delicious and tasty. Parking area seems little bit compromised. Best wishes to Hotel Banari Namchi.
