The location is so far there are high transfer fares between the main airport and the resort

It’s a beautiful resort about 30 mins away from Male city by air plane. Our stay was amazing, the services are great and the food was delicious and heaps of delicious to try. The Island is huge with a lot of activities, depending on the plan. Some might be included or you may have to pay. The overall stay was good, however the experience with Helpdesk agents wasn’t great.

I really don't know where to start. I'm really grateful that I had the chance to do this life trip (I'm 39 y.o but I wanted it so badly) 1. Everything was absolutely gorgeous, wish I could add more stars! 2. We booked a sunset water Vila for 13 nights with full board meals extremely cheap (thank you covid) 3. The stuff was amazingly polite and helpful, my big thanks to the reception especially to Bandana, Carlota, Pratima and Hafsa, they very veeeery helpful and smiling too. My special thanks too Ahmed our waiter for our table no290, that unfortunately didn't have the chance to say goodbye and our new waiter Jabarrai. And my gratitude for our housekeeping guy Vishnu️️️ 4. The water villa was so spacious and the balcony too, 74sqm. 5. We had our room twice per day inspected if we needed anything to be changed or missing, like towels, shampoos, coffee etc. 6. The sunbeds on our private balcony are gorgeous and the sunset is breathtaking. 7. All the island is amazingly clean, not even a single piece of paper of cigarette is on the floor, grass or beach (big plus) 8. The variety of food every morning, afternoon and night is quite good and tasty I have to admit, more than we anticipated. 9. You can have a fresh juice or drink in the forest Cafe and its so calm, quiet and beautiful. 10. Tips are not a mandatory, but we gave to everyone that gave us a good time..... I can keep saying things all day but I think my pics are going to cover the rest!!! Thanks again for the great time we had

Beautiful territory, excellent cuisine!!! Reef near the Italian restaurant, we saw manta rays, turtles, sharks, and many different fish! Only there is clear, non-stagnant water! Great pool!

Our group arrived at Sun Island in Maldives from March 20th to March 25th, where the scenery is beautiful and the environment is pleasant. The vegetation on the island is lush, the mango trees are full of fruits, and the coconut trees are swaying on the coast. The blue sky and white clouds are crystal clear. The pale green water laps on the white sandy beach. The waiters on the island are warm and hospitable, the service facilities are complete, beach houses, water houses are all available, there are shark feeding activities every night, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. People from all over the world can find their favorite food. There are also boating, watching dolphins, sharks, turtles, and sea fishing.

The service is half good and half bad. Someone sweats for the best service, but someone repeats, "Wait a few minutes even if I contact you." It's usually hot, so it's relaxing. Please note that the appointment time is random. The food in the main restaurant is so-so. I was all-inclusive, but a Chinese restaurant or an Italian restaurant would be fine. Honestly, since the weather was nice, I'm putting up with it. It's frustrating when it rains and I'm stuck in the corner of my room. One day flying haha

We upgraded the sun villa to the water villa. There was no free lunch when we checked out, but Nizam, the housekeeper, specially arranged lunch for us. He is very nice! By the way, the sunrise here is beautiful, but it depends on luck!

The room is satisfactory. The sound insulation effect is not bad this time. Except that the floor tiles in the bathroom look uncomfortable (maybe it can't be wiped off) and feel dirty, everything else is perfect. Although there is a distance from the restaurant, it is still moderate and acceptable.

The hotel is great as well as everything on the island, but trip.com spoiled my 5 days of vacation, gave me great stress, please also refund the difference for the two reservations where the error was on your side C details in the email. Thank you and best regards :)

Villa Park Sun Island was a refreshing experience. My husband and I had a lovely honeymoon with various experiences offered. There were water activities, spa services, and activities such as badminton, paddle ball, table tennis, billiards, etc. We were full board so breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included at certain times. Employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. Some suggestions I would recommend are adding bells to the bikes they offer to rent. It becomes difficult to navigate on the path when people, carts, and other bikes are all sharing the road. I would also suggest illuminating the signs with the room numbers. At night, the island is peaceful and lite with dim lights, however, it becomes hard to find the rooms without a flashlight. Another suggestion would be telling your room number at the dining hall so no confusions happen. The day of checkout my husband and I did not know lunch wasn't included. Although the staff was very friendly to remove any charge, we should have been informed at check in that it would not be included. We were only told a checkout time and what time to be at the jetty to leave via boat. Also, the food became a little repetitive after the first few days. Overall, great trip! 4/5

Beautiful place but with a big issue for the marine life lovers:no fauna around the island.

A fantastic intro to the Maldives. The resort took care of everything for our transfers which would have been daunting overwise but they met you at the arrivals area and made sure it was smooth on to the smaller plane - minibus - boat and on return as well. The staff were very attentive and professional, always checking if we were ok but not in a pressured way. The rooms were cleaned to a great standard and any requests for the minibar were dealt with swiftly. Staff remembered our drinks orders for breakfast and dinner which was a nice touch. The snorkelling around the Island was amazing, we saw a turtle, manta rays, many sharks, stingrays and 1000's of fish. The land wildlife was interesting as well, we saw fruit bats and a Indian Flying Fox! The facilities (watersports, gym, sports) were staffed well and great condition. There was always something going on in the evening (may have been due to the Xmas period) from karaoke, live band, violinist, saxophone, singers and an epic Xmas Eve party with proper outdoor festival staging, lighting and music rig. The food was fantastic, so many options and they were happy to make something if you wanted something different. The chef was going to make a special curry for us but due to other restaurant bookings we missed out. We had a meal at the Italian restaurant overlooking the water were the Manta Rays were, the food was exceptional. We also tried the Tepenyaki place on the beach, again, great food and service.
