The rooms: Leaking sink, the toilet flush doesn't work, the kettle in the room doesn't work either and the windows didn't close (we could hear the noise of the city all night!). Regarding the cleanliness of the room, nothing to say but some work needs to be done. The self-service: The person who serves the dishes at the self-service was not welcoming and even less pleasant, why offer a menu with more than 6 choices on each page if you can only choose one? The wait was very very long for the dishes (especially since the food was not very good), we didn't even want to wait for the deserts. On the other hand, the staff at the reception are very kind and helpful.
