It was absolutely functional. We never used the pool.
The breakfast was very poor by European standards. The rooms were tiny.
Some of the windows face inwards, which means there is very little air and very little ventilation.

I stayed at Buraha Hotel in Nakuru for one night and really enjoyed my experience. The food was excellent well-prepared and full of flavor, and the service was warm and welcoming. My room was very neat, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. If you're passing through Nakuru and looking for a nice, affordable place to stay, I highly recommend Buraha Hotel!

I stayed at Buraha Zenoni Hotel in Nakuru town, and honestly, it’s on another level simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service, the cleanliness, the comfort, and especially the atmosphere were top-notch. If I could rate it 6 stars, I definitely would! This is a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great value in Nakuru.

This was our hotel on a group safari package. Was impressed with the welcome hot towel and fresh mango shake. Bellmen & front desk seemed prepared for our group and was happy to get us situated in our rooms right away. Dinner and bfast buffet were served in the rooftop restaurant. There are a lot of choices for vegetarians and meat lovers. I definitely enjoyed the sweet fresh fruits especially the sweet mangoes and papaya. Our room is spacious. Loved the strong water pressure and welcomed the hot shower after days-long safari in a camp. There is a tea kettle inside the room as well as rubber slippers, TV, lotion, shampoo, soap and body wash. WiFi was steady. There is no air conditioning but they quickly delivered an electric fan when we requested it.

We stayed in hotel for one night. The stay was comfortable, staff is helpful and courteous. They have play area for kids. The location is outside city so you skip the traffic in town. The breakfast and dinner buffet has sufficient options and is good for vegetarians also. I would recommend to others while you visit Lake Nakuru

The hotel is in Nakuru town,I was in room 503,it's so clean and everything is provided for.towels,tea facilities including a kettle.hot water is available even on the sinks I actually enjoyed my shower.soap and shower cap are provided. The hotel is very close to the highway with availability of a swimming pool, conference facilities and to top it up a strong WiFi connection. The receptionist are very responsive to enquiries

This hotel is perfect if you want to spend a few days with your family without breaking the bank. The meals, rooms, and customer service are top-notch. The breakfast, especially is super. We always look forward to staying at Buraha Zenoni, even for a short stay.

Part of our Masai Mara tour bought us to Nakuru, where we stayed for the night. Dinner was a buffet spread with a variety to choose from. Breakfast was fairly basic with a variety on offer. We were packed a picnic lunch by the hotel to see us for our game drive. The rooms were clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We were advised by management to let hot water run for maybe 5 mins to heat, but it was hot fairly quickly. There is a roof top bar overlooking the ranges (if you can be awake for the sunrise you will be amazed at the colors). Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)
