We stayed here for one night during the safari trip to Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. This hotel needs renovation and improvements in basic cleanliness. The toilet was old, and the towel rack was broken. The linen was not clean enough, and we noticed rusty stains. The light in the room was very dim.

Stayed here for one night while on a Safari. This place is old and worn out. My room was ok and the bed had a bug net. There was hot water in the shower. No air conditioning. The breakfast was very basic and was just ok. There was a window above the door facing the lit hallway. It was very annoying as the room can't get completely dark at night. Overall, this place was fine for a night if you are on a budget. Keep your expectations low.

Am sogenannten Buffet wird vorgeschrieben, was man essen darf! Denkbar einfallsloser, mit Koriander überfrachteter Frass. Abgewrackte Bude. Mieser Service, vieles ist defekt, schlechte Ausrüstung der Zimmer. Empfehlenswert ist nur das Fernbleiben.

Le hace falta una renovación. Está limpio pero deteriorado. La comida mala y poca variedad. Al mediodía no dan ni postre. El picnic del día siguiente era un trozo de pollo del día anterior. Personal poco amable

Abbiamo lasciato circa 600 dollari in camera e ci hanno pure richiamato per farci tornare indietro e ridarceli. Non so quanti di voi vo crederanno ma giuro che è così, che morissi ora. A parte questo l'hotel è pulito con zanzariera , i pasti buoni e abbondanti, acaua calda, asciugamani, saponi, wi fi funzionante perfettamente e sorveglianza all'ingresso 24 ore su 24

Je peux comprendre que le bâtiment soit vieux mais je ne peux pas comprendre que ce soit sale. La salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyée depuis des semaines. La douche ne fonctionne pas, pas de serviette de toilette. Et le gros problème a été l’allergie que mon fils a eu suite aux acariens. Les moustiquaires n’ont jamais été lavé et les draps n’avaient pas été changé . Je ne sais pas à qui le signaler mais un endroit comme celui-là doit être fermé définitivement. Il y a des limites entre rusticité et manque de respect. Une honte.
