I loved the place!!Had an ice cream at Bustani Cafe . The waiters were so friendly. Sally suggested that I try a Blueberry flavored ice cream and I loved it! Loved her bubbly personality as well … I will definitely be back anytime I am in Nakuru.

I will disappoint you by only rating the food. It's a place for folks to chill and take it slow. The aesthetic is very attracting. The best milkshake I have had yet. I tasted the tropical shake. There's more than enough ice cream in the shake. Its The pie is average. I'm a fan of pie with that crusty exterior so I am disappointed. The meat, however, compensates for this. Masala fries are average. Plain fries have the bite you'd want. No crunch in masala fries. Plus the salad is average at best. For a snack place. You'll be sure to enjoy it.

The room was beyond my expectations the view from my room was spectacular Nakuru is beautiful from Merica hotel. I slept so well I forgot I was in a hotel. Worth every and the food oh the food was sumptuous!! You're gonna love it! The view from the room overlooks the park, the roads, the lake in the distance and the hills simply beautiful ❤️

Slept in merica in october for 2 nights .My stay was awesome, friendly staff, the hotel is clean. Had the privilege of using the gym as its complimentary for in-house guests. Didn't use the swimming pool though its complimentary too. The food was okay. Tasted their speciality of salmon fillet and I loved it. Will definitely come again. Keep it up merica

Average hotel in Nakuru. Breakfast is ok but not great. Very limited items. Staff service is good. Room is good. Bathroom is average. Didnt even get hot water in the night. It seems you get hit water only dueing the day time. Stayed briefly for 1 night. Overall, its an average hotel.

The entire hotel is super good, very convenient,the rooms are very spacious and clean.The staff are well groomed, the food is yummy and the swimming pool so clean. The gym is super good. I enjoyed the aerobics and the instructors are so helpful and well experienced. I will definitely come back again and again.

Spent 2 nights and will never go back. Ordered drinks and had to keep reminding the staff of our order. 1 hour later with still no drinks, we gave up and went to the room. First night the food was awful, was not as described on the menu. I had a roast chicken with potatoes, no Gravy and the chicken was actually cooked in loads of onions. 2nd night I decided to go with charcoal cooked mutton with brown ugali. I specifically asked the waiter if it was definitely charcoal grilled and he confirmed it was. The food came and the meat had been fried in oil, full of onions, extremely salty and very tough! BTW I don't salt my food as I have high blood pressure . The ugali was raw!! I complained but only got an apology and if I wanted to order another meal the I would have to pay! Our drinks kept coming with ice which we specifically asked not to add. They took back the drinks and only removed the ice rather than making fresh ones even though we pointed out we were from UK and can't have ice!. Room was equipped for 1 even though we were paying double rate! All in all terrible service! The

The best services have ever received.The staffs are friendly and social to all guest.They serve with with passion indicating they love their work it's such an amazing work they do.I personally I was impressed by Oscar and Rael for the kind of hospitality they've shown to me.

Great food and lovely room. They have clearly invested in upgrading the quality of rooms. The amenities are also first class. We stay here every year with our group and we are always met with courtesy and kindness. Also great location for access to Lake Nakuru National Park.
