Truly one of the most authentic and charming getaways we’ve experienced. We weren’t just hosted — we were welcomed like family. The owner stayed with us the entire weekend, ensuring every detail was perfect. Evenings were magical: bonfires, Choma, and starry skies. The kids had a blast with trampolines, bouncy castles, and a visit to Lake Elmenteita. The area is rich with nature and history, including nearby reserves and the Kariandusi Prehistoric Site. Food and drinks can be pre-ordered and are freshly prepared. A peaceful, family-friendly retreat we can’t wait to return to.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge,nested in a serene location with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and lake.The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive.The food was satisfying and flavourful plus the dining area is cozy, with stunning views that made each meal a special occasion.Overall,our stay at Ol muteita lodge was exceptional and I look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

A fantastic place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Facilities are excellent with the accommodation perfect. Staff are so obliging and nothing is to much trouble for them. I have no hesitation in recommending this Kenya Lodge for your business basI intend to bring my family in 2025 as this lodge is so safe and secure.
