Every neighbor we had was extremely disrespectful, the wifi was horrible. My husband is in the military so he’s trained to fight in a situation our neighbors thought it would be funny to scare us and he could’ve hurt that little girl. The communication was horrible not sure if we even checked in very noisy and disrespectful will never stay at that property again.

The place was a bit hard to get to without a car as it's quite remote. I would recommend arriving before sunset since there weren't many lamps in the area. The plus side was that, without light pollution, we enjoyed a clear night sky filled with stars while drinking beer. The owner also offered BBQ package for a reasonable price.

The bright atmosphere and the close proximity to a hidden beach are good points. It was a nice beach.
It's convenient to have an outdoor shower after playing on the beach.
It's in a pretty rural area, so there are no streetlights around and almost no restaurants.
The cleaning is sloppy (hair lying around, beans left in the coffee maker, etc.) and it's disheartening to see traces of the previous owner.
There was also a meter reading slip left in the mailbox, so it's hard to deny that the management is sloppy.
It's helpful that you can use the washing machine and dryer as much as you want. However, there is almost no place to hang hangers, so it's difficult to hang out swimsuits.
