The hotel location is good, but the room space (smaller) didn't match as the advertisement. The restroom should be improved which has to seperate wet and dry zone,

The blankets and sheets in the room look clean. There may be some dust in the channels, but it's understandable that there are a lot of people using the service. Overall, it's nice to stay. It is considered flexible and easy to travel anywhere. It is recommended that you can stay.

Great location!! Not far from city. There is 7/11 nearby. Room is clean and comfortable for 2 people. Only amenities that are not enough. No toothbrush, slipper shoes!! Breakfast is ok.

Firstly be careful as the location PIN on the Expedia map is actually their additional car parking which is on the OPPOSITE side of the main highway. The hotel is next to the hospital on a very small side road BUT the hotel sign is big enough to see in bright red so as long as you drive a little slower past the hospital then you see the sing on the left side. There are sadly lots of stray dogs in the road at nighttime who bark however IF the Security guard gets of his chair he manages to control them The rooms are OK The photos are better than in reality but Clean and comfortable. Black out curtains are OK but for light sensitive pleaes take an eye mask just in case. Noise from other rooms is apparant here. There are lots of rules and regulations posted all over the small hotel / back of doors etc which became laughed at. Car park is very small. Very small lobby area/elevator zone Staff are GREAT!!! Very friendly and helpful Hairdryer - ask at reception as limited stock No English TV channels available. Overall a great little find.

We had a lovely one week stay here. The deluxe option that we took came with very comfortable king sized bed and was spacious. A hedge of jasmine lined the entrance to the room and another palm hedge provided much privacy for an evening drink at the porch. The hotel was nicely landscaped with tropical plants. Breakfast came with many local options, fruits and dessert. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a convenience store and tasty noodles and curry rice at Mafia Bar which was located just a few steps away.

The hotel is clean even when older. Convenient in the heart of the city Affordable room All amenities in the room But the outside floor carpet starts to smell. The sudden mistake is that the theater accepts outdoor activities regardless of the internal customers. Receive a wedding by allowing the host to play music into the event with a crowd full of speakers behind the pickup truck. At 8 o'clock in the morning Repeat that 8 to 9 o'clock, the sound of the glass shaking shows that you have poor management. You have the right not to allow the host to play music but do not. Show that you don't care about the internal customers. Show that you want to have an additional income regardless of most of them are resting customers.

Pros: 1. In the center of the city, easy to find things to eat, next to the main road, opposite the opposite side. There is a convenience store 2. There is a large gym separated in front of the hotel, complete equipment, spacious place with 2 floors 3. Spacious room. Housekeeper cleans well 4. The price is cheap. Cons: 1. There is no slipper and toothbrush set provided. 2. The key card is provided only one. Inconvenient if going to stay 2 people 3. The hangers are a little too small.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was located just off the main road and suitable for travellers with a car. Quite a few car parks both covered and uncovered are available. The bed was comfortable and I liked the hair dryer provided. There is a great street food market just beyond the bridge on the left of the main road. There is also a craft beer bar next to the hotel (which looks like it’s designed or owned by the hotel??) where we watched the World Cup. Room felt a little bare and minimal amenities provided. The water heater for the shower is timed and you would get a sudden blast of hot water or ice cold water so you need to time your bath. Only one key provided so if you leave the room after taking a shower, the power turns off and you come back to a damp bathroom as the air vent is shut off. The sound travels from the corridor but I don’t think there were many guests during our stay so it wasn’t too bad. There is no kettle provided in the room so you have to go to the outdoor lobby area to get hot water, a bit inconvenient but at least it’s provided.

We have always chosen at Twin Lotus when we have to visit Nakhon Si Thammarat. The room here is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Things that need to be improved are the chair is old and shaggy and there’s only one plug socket. Buffet breakfast is good but the best is its Chinese restaurant. Stayed here for 5 nights July 2022. Absolutely fabulous. Originally only booked for two nights, however the hotel was so good, I soon changed it to five. Flew down from Don Meuang and was collected from the airport by the hotel taxi, a great service. There was a small charge for this. The concierge guys at the hotel were fantastic. They even organised a hire car for us, which was great. Check in fine, staff on the front desk couldn't be better. The room on the 17th floor excellent. People on here mention the bed. Oh my goodness, the best mattress, bedding and pillows I've ever slept on. Everything perfect in the room and worked just fine. The fittings looked and felt high quality too. Breakfast... Wow, buffet style. All the food on offer was superb. Southern Thai food is really delicious. I tried everything during my 5 night stay. We even had dinner there one night and that too was fabulous. I think the hotel is owned by the CP group, which owns the 7/11 group, and many of the large supermarkets here in Thailand. Mr CP. himself would enjoy a stay here! This is a City centre hotel, if you're looking for a large swimming pool complex, this place may not be for you. However there is a decent size swimming pool with a nice looking Spa complex and a well equipped gym. We were visiting family, so didn't get chance to use those facilities during our stay. Excellent value for money! Couldn't fault the stay at the Grand Fortune Hotel. I will definitely return to Nakhon to visit my new Thai family. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again.
