Shocking place to stay with a family. Checking in process at the hotel is absolutely terrible . I was accompanied by my 2 children 6 and 10 years old, the reception staff demanded that I show there passports which was not possible as they were Thai children born and live in Thailand, and don’t carry ID. Had to leave my own ID card at reception at great inconvenience to me for this trip.
The rooms are extremely basic, but ok for a low budget hotel.
THE MANAGEMENT REALLY NEEDS TO REVISE THERE CHECKING IN PROCESS.
I certainly would not recommend staying in a B2 hotel again, there are a lot of other better options in this price category

Average and comfortable. The bathroom should be cleaner, we found hair from previous guests in the sink.
