Your location very bad !!!! The location in application take me to the wrong way in the night and in the soi that car cannot go and dark don't have lighting and take time with your location more than 30 minutes and wrong hotel too

It is a self-check-in and check-out. There are staffs who are ready to give advice and provide service via the hotel's Line. The first time I tried this system, I was a bit confused, but in the end, it went well.
The room is quite small and has traces of use. The cleanliness is at a fair level. The bathroom is small and compact in Japanese style, but the only problem is that it smells quite strong, looks a bit old, and there is no foot towel.
Overall, it is okay for this price.

I went to work and was about to stay at the hotel. What I encountered was that the response to questions and solving problems with force majeure was very bad. We arrived at 8:15 PM. When we arrived, it was raining and the electricity was out. The entire entrance to the alley. We contacted the hotel and were informed that the electricity would be back at 9 PM. So we went out to eat and waited. When we saw the right time, it was past 9 PM. We called but the electricity still hadn't come back. We waited until 10 PM and called the hotel. They told us to wait another 2-3 hours because they had received this notification from the electricity authority. So we asked to change to a hotel in the same chain because we had to work early in the morning. The staff said that all the hotels were full. So we said that we wanted a refund because we had to book a new place. It turned out that we didn't get it. The answer the hotel gave was that it was a force majeure. We were very confused.
