i booked for a couple with a child and I got a duplex room but the communication between two floors is through the garden and not internal. How can I manage to have a child alone on a second floor? There was no indication on the hotel information that the two floors are not connected.
The reception moved us to room 210 with two rooms. All looked to end fine until we start sleeping in the bedroom with double bed.
A terrible noise coming from a motor on ground floor was very loud especially when we put our head on pillows and we could not sleep all night.

Clean resort, shady
The entrance to the alley to the resort is narrow and a bit scary (arrived late, almost midnight)
Stayed in a room with a pool view on the 2nd floor, good air
Bathroom separates shower and toilet
But the water flows first and then slowly
All the staff are lovely
Cafe zone, suitable for chilling and working
There are activities in the resort to do
Overall, the resort is very nice

The accommodation is quite good, new room, new building, very safe. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. There is a swimming pool in front of the room. Very suitable for family vacation.
