I rested in the coldest weather, it was -20 outside, the room was heated, so I opened the window at night. I only took the breakfast buffet, the food was decent. Standard buffet for four. There is a coffee machine, the coffee is average and bitter. I had lunch and dinner at the gastrobar in the main building, the choice of food is small, probably if you go for a longer period (I stayed for 2 days), it is better to take half board. The spa complex is a fairy tale!! I’ve been going to fitness classes for years, and I’ve been to world class, and I’ve never seen such a warm pool. In fact, the water is 30 degrees. Hammam and sauna are in excellent condition. large, well-groomed, beautiful hotel area. Summary - I liked it. At the moment I am in this hotel in room 206. From the outside it doesn’t look like a 5, and I’m also not happy with the inside. We arrived at 16:30 and were checked in by 17:00. The room is non-smoking, but as soon as we entered, the smell of the smoky room was the first thing we noticed! At the reception we were offered to use an air freshener 🤷 I don’t know how to survive the night here, open windows don’t help! This is the first time I’ve encountered this, the level of customer focus is zero. Further, the room itself, like the hotel, is old and requires renovation. There is NO drinking water in the room! There is a robe, slippers, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes and razors. Next on food: At dinner there is a variety of food: pork, beef, turkey and chicken, fish (pike cutlets), soup, mashed potatoes and buckwheat. Cooked for 3. The cutlets are over-salted and the turkey is dry. The food in the lobby bar is also disgusting, for that kind of money you can at least make it tasty! The hotel area is large and green. Everything is spoiled by a fence with barbed wire. Will I come back here - NO, NO and again NO! For our own money, we have to breathe in a smoky room, taking into account that I am in a position! As a specialist in the field of tourism and hospitality, I can only say one thing: I have never seen such an attitude even in triples!

We regularly relax in this hotel with the whole family, overall it’s not bad, but, of course, you shouldn’t delude yourself about five stars. There is de facto no room service in the hotel (it is stupidly impossible to get through to them), and the menu in the rooms is on the table just for show; in fact, in fact, there is not even a basic pizza from this menu. At best, the operator will pick up the phone for the tenth time, promise to call back to check with the cook about the availability of dishes, and he will simply hang up. The cafe “On the Shore” is just as fake. We have never seen that they offer the kebab stated in the menu or that there is even a barbecue there, they just sell three-way drinks and dry food. At the same time, renting a hotel barbecue costs 5,000 rubles for at least three hours (is it okay that the barbecue takes a maximum of fifteen minutes to prepare?) and this is for KARL vacationers! It's even more expensive for outsiders. And if you also cook your own barbecue there, you will have to pay an additional 1,700 rubles per person. Thus, the pleasure of grilling your own kebab will cost the family almost ten thousand just for the grill. Thank you but no. In general, the hotel is not suitable for those who like to dine outdoors and have a snack between meals in the room.

The staff obviously can’t cope with a crowded hotel: there are queues at breakfast, tired, nervous and forgetful waiters, Dobry juice, quickly eaten watermelon that is no longer brought; The choice of food is tolerable, but you can cook cheesecakes/pancakes every day, like everywhere else, or at least report. It is not more profitable to take full board, it costs + 2300 (lunch) - 2500 rubles (dinner), for this amount you can eat in a restaurant according to the menu (the food is delicious). The main restaurant is very stuffy and the air conditioning doesn't work well. You can go to the restaurant of the golf club, there is a tent, the menu is small, but edible and comfortable, with a view of the fields. The pluses are excellent, well-groomed, green area, very clean and beautiful, benches everywhere. But the cafes on the street are either periodically closed, or they have nothing but coffee and tea. On weekends, the hotel areas are closed for weddings and private events, for example, all Saturday, a fairly large beach area, terrace and restaurant hall were closed for a wedding, and the area near the outdoor pool was closed for a children's party, this is a full hotel, where some people come only for the weekend 🤷‍♀️ you can’t be so greedy, trying to take everything for yourself. The service in the lobby bar is very slow, they will clear the table if you ask twice, they work in the “Russian Post” mode🤦‍♀️, the lobby bar is located next to the games room and communicates with it, as a result, crowds of screaming children along with the animator run around the bar in a herd and between tables, knocking down waiters and disturbing guests. There are no complaints about the studio room, it is clean, they are cleaned thoroughly, the air conditioning in the rooms is central, it works poorly in the heat. The outdoor pool is very small and the water in it is warm, like in a bathtub, which is somehow not very appropriate in the heat. It’s full of screaming and jumping children, it’s impossible to lie down, neither parents nor employees make any comments, they sit with their heads buried in their phones. There is practically no control; when the hotel is full, there are not enough sun loungers, people lie directly on the floor on towels. Everything is as usual: someone will take 3 sun loungers for one, someone will take it and leave for the whole day. The indoor pool is large and spacious, they offer swimming lessons for children, and it opens directly onto a terrace with sun loungers. In the beauty salon, when the hotel is fully booked, make an appoin**ent for a haircut a week in advance, manicure/pedicure - no problem. Summary: the hotel is generally available, but it is better to choose not the high season, otherwise there will inevitably be a lot of disappoin**ents.

At breakfast there is a queue for everything, and there is a queue for the machines in the hall, there are only two of them. The tables are not cleared. Arriving in the summer for a weekend at a hotel that also advertises a beach, you find out that the beach is closed for a private event. There are no announcements about this either on the website or in the newsletter. But payment is in full upon arrival. After paying for your problems with a leaky bathroom and a non-working air conditioner, no one is going to solve it. But there are QR codes for tips everywhere. A private event is a corporate event with sports games, teams are running around you, even if you sit further away under the trees, you won’t be able to relax. Entertainment is all paid - a worn-out bicycle for 1000 rubles per hour, saddles - 1000 rubles for 30 minutes (the instructor is excellent, the only bright point), tired horses for 1500 rubles for 30 minutes. Relatively close to Moscow, but for that kind of money per day you can find more worthy places.

The furniture has not changed since 2005, the bathrooms are rather tired. But the pressure of the shower and the presence of a working heated floor were a clear advantage. By the way, there are two bathrooms in the suite, but the fact is that there is no toilet closer to the bedroom. As a result, having paid for a suite, you have 2 showers and a jacuzzi, but one toilet. What can I say about fan coil units in the bedroom and living room - it would be better not to have them: they will blow you with exclusively warm air at their maximum flow at the minimum set temperature. Of course, you will say, “Why not open the window and enjoy the coolness of the night?” But! All suites are located in one wing and their windows are strictly oriented towards the children's playground and swimming pool, which will not give you the opportunity to relax listening to children's screams during the day. In the evening, the tables near the closed pool bar are occupied by those who like to drink in the fresh air and talk about life, maybe even sing. At the same time, the administration does not seem to be informed about the time frame set out in the law on silence in the Moscow Region. What can I say - poor air conditioning not only in the rooms - a little better in the meeting rooms, but also a gas chamber. Meeting rooms are located on the second floor above the reception. The presence of a second light does not add silence to the rooms. The screaming of children gathered at the reception and in the nearby children's room will not allow you to concentrate on work. During the Coffee Breaks the food was downright bad; the pies and sandwiches left us feeling half-eaten at breakfast, and sometimes even at dinner. Finding the filling in the flabby dough takes some work. Perhaps this is more a matter of pre-ordering, but at 5* you expect quality food, and not the kind that 20 people will prefer to drink, leaving this mess on the trays. Also, when we ordered a barbecue in the gazebo for a group on a separate evening, we managed to dry out all the kebab. There was practically no service, except for the delivery of food. Good afternoon. Holidays at the hotel in June. It took a very long time to get through traffic jams, since the road to the hotel goes through Krasnogorsk. Posted quickly. The room is small, the ceilings are low, there is no air conditioning, only general ventilation, it was buzzing terribly. The bed linen is clean, the mattresses and pillows are good. Due to the dirty air in the room, everyone got sick upon returning home. Cough, runny nose, etc. The curtains on the windows were bad; darkening did not help from the early summer sun. There are no blackout curtains. There are screens on the windows, which is a plus, but when you open the window, there is noise from the air conditioners of the sports complex. It's horrible!!! It is impossible to sleep at night. Meals for 4 adults only. There is nothing edible for children. There are no soups. Even simple green peas were over-peppered. The scrambled eggs were clearly cooked in an old frying pan, black ash everywhere. I had to choose pieces (see photo). Children need to order food from the menu, but it is not known how long to wait for this menu. Will you eat food and the child will look at you? There is no entertainment, the children's room is closed from Monday to Thursday. In the toy store they cheat with toys, the inside is not what is shown on the box, check when purchasing.
