It was the highlight of my trip!! Staff were friendly, accommodating and polite. The room was lovely and so clean. We loved the ensuite onsen bath! And meals were so delicious. Highly recommend. I have so much praise for this place! Can’t wait to be back.

Fantastic choice for those looking for a relaxing getaway. Clean and modern rooms, stuff is so helpful and cute. Onsen is soooo nice! Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return in the future! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Awesome stay, room is small but has everything, most importantly it was clean and comfortable. The common dining area is very cozy, with drinks and snacks. The free beer and supper are nice gesture. Location is also good, walking distance to shops, restaurants and convenient shops. Great base to explore nakasendo.

This was a wonderful place to stay while doing segments of the Nakasendo trail. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was amazing with excellent local speciality choices freshly made.

calm and warm setting. the front desk service is perfunctory but acceptable. the amenities are good quality, including the onsen inside the hotel at first floor. the morning breakfast is good quality with adequate selection.

Modern hotel along a very cute street. Amenities and room was clean. Onsen was great as well.
