We booked a room for 2 but was very dissatisfied with the size of this room. One person would have been ok but 2 people was very uncomfortable for the room size. We left and booked another place same price much larger.

The front desk staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and you can relax in both room and outdoor slippers, there is a large public bath, the breakfast is delicious, and it is close to the station.

I stopped in Nakatsu City to try fried chicken, and chose this hotel because it was close to the station and I could go to various fried chicken restaurants. I have stayed at Super Hotels in various places, and this one was no exception, as I was able to receive the same reliable and familiar service. The front desk staff were polite, the hotel was well-cleaned, and the free breakfast buffet was the same as before, with just the right amount of Japanese and Western food. By the way, the most important fried chicken restaurant was Bungoya, which was about a 5-minute walk away, but other restaurants were difficult to access without a car.

This review was made a year ago, so it may have changed since then. At that time, due to the effects of COVID-19, the side plates were paper plates like those used for camping. The buffet didn't have many varieties, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the staff did their best, so I would like to give them a positive review. All the front desk staff were very pleasant.

家族３人で泊まりました。部屋は２段ベット仕様とはいえ、とても狭くて部屋で荷物を広げたり、トイレを利用するのは大変でしたが部屋はきれいでした。 どのスタッフの方も丁寧で良い印象を受けました。 温泉は一つということで男性用と女性用との交代制でしたが問題なく、快適に利用できました。 フリーのジュースや朝の朝食は種類は限られますが、有難かったです。 値段も手ごろで個人的には一人もしくは二人で泊まるには場所も駅近くで良いと思います。家族連れには少し狭いですが、コインラインドリーもあり、枕やアメニティーのサービスなど良いところはたくさんありました。
