Arrived a little before check-in time at 3:00 pm My mother had trouble walking, and the designated parking lot was a municipal parking lot, and it was a long way off. When I went to check in at 15:00, I was told that there was an extra charge for bringing in a cooler. The ryokan said that the information is posted at the reception desk, and there is no point in writing that you can't check until you come. Do you carry that much luggage with you? I canceled because I was told nothing but frustrating things. Thank you for making the cancellation free, but I will never use it again. And I immediately booked a great hotel nearby.I went to the hotel two minutes after I made the reservation.They treated me as usual.I've stayed there several times, so I'm relieved. I want robots and AI to be better, so please be careful.
