We booked three nights at the ANA Manza beach hotel and I had a great time. The service was amazing and the location is exceptional. The private beach was great and as a hotel guest towels and chairs are included. I highly recommend use of the concierge lounge, the check-in process and the daily option for breakfast and evening snacks and cocktails was wonderful. Food was great, staff was great, beach and location were great. We would definitely do it again.

The room was so dirty , especially the floor , I even saw a cockroach next to my bed , I couldn’t make a picture of the cockroach because I was too scared . Room was very old . I booked 4 nights and checked out immediately after 1 night and change another hotel . I rather give up 3 nights money than keep staying here .

The swimming pool experience fall below average. There were sands and dirty hairs in pool water, suspect maintenance was not regularly
The breakfast restaurant staffs were mean can’t even bring away one unfinished bread n banana so as not to waste food
The check out service was below average, one lady service personal was tasked with a luggage trolley to move 5 luggages very challenging task especially with the trolley is small to fit in only two luggages

The hotel is a bit aged although some renovation should have been done. Staff English level can be improved.
Good thing about it is they don't charge much more if you travel with kids who stay in the same room as you
Area of improvement includes, long check in time, it took me 30 mins to check in. Parking is far from the hotel and shuttle is needed to send us back. It was super dark at night, the hotel requires customers to wait in the dark for shuttle pick up. That was ridiculous for a hotel with such class.

This hotel is an older property that doesn't quite live up to the standard you'd expect from an Intercontinental hotel in a major city. While the rooms are dated, the hotel's beach and pool are great amenities, and there are fireworks displays in some of the nights at the pool.
The hotel can get quite crowded, especially during peak summer season when I visited. With only 2 elevators servicing all floors, be prepared to wait a bit to get to your room. The breakfast options are varied, 3 restaurants each offering different breakfast - Western, Japanese, and local Okinawan selections, but they tend to be very busy in the mornings.
The local staff were friendly, though the foreign staff could be less than polite in their interactions. Overall, itl is an aging property that doesn't quite live up to the Intercontinental brand, but the great outdoor facilities and location make it an acceptable choice for a stay in the area.
