The room is so clean and spacious. Close to the mall, dfs and also car rental company. Th breakfast is good also.

Amazing location, easy access to the shopping centre and convenience store. Room are clean, new & functional. Staff are helpful and friendly. There’s a washing machine & microwave available for use.

Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad.
However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request.
I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests.
Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.

The location is good and it closes to a mall and duty free shop. Hotel breakfast is not bad with some choices, price is reasonable. Room size is okay. Good for short stay before heading to the airport

my family really enjoyed our stay here, the room was very clean..
the pajamas hotel provided were so soft and comfortable to wear...
If the shower room glass door can be frosted instead clear for privacy.

Still a distance of walking from train to hotel. Location is good. Room is clean. Staff not v flexible though. Hubby birthday but did not receive kind gesture fr the hotel.
