Nakagami District Hotels with Breakfast

Absolutely loved this hotel! Booked the Japanese style room for a family of 4. Since we are only 2, and it was so spacious. There was also a proper dining table and washing machine. Many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience shops all around. For though that are looking for a more unique stay / non-traditional hotel, this is the place!

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

The number of drinks and juices that you can enjoy from check-in to 21:00, and the most happy thing is snacks. There is a nice lounge where you can enjoy prosciutto, smoked cheese, donuts and ruby chocolate with alcohol, not the usual snacks, but children can enjoy. There is a pool, and you can take it to the pool side and enjoy it! The breakfast was very delicious. The room was also very large, comfortable and elegant hotel stay.

The boss was really enthusiastic and a very enjoyable trip. The luggage was stored for a day when I left, and the boss sent it to the station for me after the end. Although the room is not big, the facilities are very complete. The best thing is that they have a washing machine and a small balcony. For divers, they are already very lucky. This store is apartment-style so there is no room service. If you go out early, it is best to make an appointment in advance. The front desk of the hotel needs to make an appointment after 9 am. Other times are not possible. There are McDonald's Yoshinoya and convenience stores at the door. If you are not tired, you can go out to the American village across the road. Supermarkets, dining, games, travel souvenirs, the sea is in it, and there are fireworks at night. It is a place with an excellent location. Because of the problem with the mobile phone, the hotel photo is gone. Send some pictures of the American village. When you check out, remember to put the garbage at the door. With disposable sheets and quilts, the others are enough.

There was a sense of security with a very polite customer service. The first impression was that the atmosphere was ”overseas” rather than Okinawa. Alcohol was cheap and good for guests. It was said that there was a parking lot, but it is a negative point that it is parked on the sidewalk.

Location was top notch, next to Hilton and the American Village, just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Lots of food options around the hotel. The Japanese bathroom was a nice touch after a long day out. Cleanliness was faultless, and they have a tuk tuk service to the American Village during the evening time.

I love the ambiance, i think i might be able to get more higher than as i availed the room because 2nd floor was a bit close to parking area they were looking at our room i was confused when i get to relax in the balcony, and one more thing hope more services also the foodstuffs to be enjoy the hotel , amenities was good ..
