Very hostile reception. We called to book and was given a rate. The rate was even texted. On check out they insist we pay an extra Ksh1,000.00 despite us showing the sms from their colleague. They refused to take our payment unless their colleague who gave us the rate tops up the difference yet the guy was unreachable. How does a customer pay for mistakes/errors made by staff?

Poor in communication, poor in service,a lot of seminars with overcrowding people, Reception is okay,but management doesn't know how to handle issues concerning client's.. food okay, I would choose another hotel than Eseriani in Naivasha

I went with a number of clients to Naivasha for safari at Hellsgate National park. We later drove to Eseriani for late lunch. Dispite of the fact that we came late, the management still gave us a chance for lunch. Very organised and clean hotel.

The food has improved. Self-service of the food has been implemented to my satisfaction. However, service needs improvement. Long lines for tea and food are common. They need to increase the service points. The service points that dont have long lines are reserved for foreign 'white' guests. Some waiters are rude as they give you instructions on where to sit.

Christmas holiday at Eseriani hotel was another game come true for the year 2023,the reception was exceptional. The staffs were warm,jovial and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend this resort for its outstanding hospitalit and guest relations which was stunning 🙏🙏

Good hotel but it's brand is fast being eroded by the tainted RUDE and very unprofessional reception staff - one in particular called Nancy.. very HORRIBLE customer service! My family and I were visiting from Diaspora during the Summer holidays and we regretted picking this particular choice. Stay away for your sanity and peace of mind! Management if you listening, take the necessary steps to salvage the credibility of this establishment. Some customer service training / retraining may hopefully make a difference. With many other beautiful and competitive options around, we'll never consider this place again. Adios!

The Food was Terrible, the rice and Chicken were spoilt. we were more than 50 people who complained about the food but no response come forth or even a compensation of some sort. The ground are small thus not feasible to accomoy people and the pool was super salty
