My stay was ok, the location of the Hotel is excellent,However it is missing some basic facilities such as a restaurant, rooms have no bottled water and no Electric kettles to make tea or coffee.
I found 2 roaches in the room.
No split unit air conditioner or centralised ones.
The staff were excellent and very helpful especially one Mr Enock who has an excellent customer care and very handy whenever you need any assistance.

The place was not well kept there were cockroaches in the room I woke with rashes on my hands the pillows were very old and smelly I had use my clothing to support my head towels very old and torn blankets very old and dirty same as bedsheets.over all the place was not clean and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.there was no breakfast.not a good place to stay needs proper general cleaning woo cockroaches terrible terrible I couldn't sleep

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Kenya. The location of the hotel is very central, I can walk to many places. The hotel is very close to at least five to seven banks and many other financial and political institutions. The floors are quite crowded and if you live on a lower floor you may find it a bit difficult. There is no air conditioning in the hotel, however the weather in Naroby was so beautiful that I never felt the need for air conditioning.
