I recently stayed at Golden Tulip Westlands Nairobi and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is fairly new, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the room was comfortable and met all expectations. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.
However, I was quite disappointed with the swimming pool. It was not properly maintained — the water was dirty, and the surrounding tiles were broken, making it unsafe to use. Unfortunately, this was a major downside to an otherwise good stay.

Good hotel in a safe location with friendly staff. Since the setup of their WIFI isn't done correctly, some email accounts are not working although those accounts are fully compatible with the WIFI of all the other hotels and Safari.com provider as well.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but it is clean.
Convenient transportation, next to a large shopping mall, you can shop and eat.
The service staff is very good and friendly, and the breakfast in the restaurant is also good.
