Had a memorable stay, the room was beautiful, the bed and pillows were comfy the brunch fantastic, food was delicious. Special thanks to Thomas of reservations, Evans, Rodgers, James M. From the Restaurant and his team , Julius, Edward, Godliver, Janet and Abygal. Will definitely come back.

Very comfortable and I loved the food. good job with exception customer service and all the staff are warm and keen to details . I loved the crocodile,it was well done plus the pork which I will definitely come for more Keep it up and I am truly happy.

The Sunday brunch is amazing!! The service is highly-acclaimed, everything was done in good time, where we requested assistance we were attended to immediately. The play area kept the kids occupied the entire time which gave us time to rewind. Overall 10/10 experience!

I've been conferencing at the Hotel for years, and the service has always been exceptional. A special shoutout to Pravin, who has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality make every visit enjoyable. During the Eastern Africa Regional Carbon Market Dialogue reception, Marion, Sophie, and Joseph also provided excellent customer service, making the event smooth and welcoming. Their dedication truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
