Our bartender’s service was brilliant. Stanley went above and beyond to make sure our dinner service in the bar restaurant was exceptional. In general the service was great, but Christine at the front desk and Stanley in the bar area stood out.

The hotel provided lunch at a workshop for 2 weeks. They did a really good job with the catering. They kept the meals interesting and avoided repetition of meals. They are definitely more creative in their meal choices than the typical caterer.

Come to think of it which hotel in Nairobi Cbd gives u a suite with magnificent wooden furniture (pure antique). I had a fantastic stay at the hotel and has been my repeat destination. However I take note of the improvements in the breakfast menu and rooms... the gd service from all staff .... and its central location... enjoy ur next stay in this hotel.

The bed is so hard and there were no TV channels in my room. otherwise the food was okay, and the staff were so friendly and warm. I enjoyed the sauna as well as the gym. please try to improve the furniture in the rooms others overall experience is good.

I very much appreciate the services of the hotel staff from reception to the room through training room. More special, the staff in charge of refreshments namely Rahab and Francis. The IT staff Mr.Dennis was also nice for his support. In general, this hotel is so nice and will recommend it to my colleagues and network of training institutions.

This is one of the best hotel in Nairobi.The conference room are very big,well aerated and with good lighting. The hotel is very clean and the services.I was served by a waiteress called Janet her services were topnotch.She was very kind,caring and attentive our needs.

Excellent customer service, nice food and generous portions. The rooms are clean, spacious and well kept. In our entire stay, we encountered staff members who were always willing to assist and provide solutions. I highly recommend the place. Thank you.

Good service always at dinner by Loxa, Peter and Stanley at the hotel.also the food was delicious. Nice ambiance..I loved every bit of dinner..the reception group was kind and helpful thanks. I enjoyed the vegetarian soups when served. All the best in future.

Great experience, and Florence was such a good waiter to us for all the days we were at Nairobi Safari Club! It is a place to refer and/or visit another time am in Nairobi. The ambience, the food, the people and the prices are all great. You have really made my stay in Nairobi a great experience.

Excellent meeting rooms, spacious accommodation rooms and delicious food. Madam Florence was awesome and there throughout our business meeting. Should there be another meeting requiring such serenity, Nairobi Safari club hotel is the venue.

I really enjoyed the experience while here the swift response whenever I called upon some help and best and swift service from two staff who were allocated to serve us in our room is(Irene and Francis who became part of our family during the stay .very warm ,gentle and quick to respond to matters affecting our room)serving Roa Africa group -i would however recommend that the matter regarding flasks be looked into coz most times the team was too cold and we had to request for it to be warmed again.also the lids weren't really appealing for a four star hotel maybe you could look into this. -generally the service was good and my guests are enjoying there stay here. We shall definely come back .

My experience here is a top notch and the hospitality is fantastic. The staff, ranges from room care, restaurant staff, front desk, security etc are well trained and cautious. I would love to lodge here over and again, whenever I visit Kenya.
