Hotel boulevard is a hidden gem for sure , everything about the place is beautiful and classy, the staff are very professional ,keen to help ,friendly and ready to help ,the food was very tasty ,the ambience was very nice ,we had the opportunity to be shown around by the guest relations manager mercy ,we saw the rooms were very neat , conference rooms are okay but for a small group .we loved this hotel , we will definitely come back

The hotel is convenient from and to the airport Nairobi national park,the giraffe centre, museum the room was spotless, perfectly maintained and very quiet.breakfast was good and quick service.the service there was excellent,

Hotel is always the place to stay when in Nairobi, lovely staff,perfect rooms ,nice beds ,good WiFi and near the city.the garden is amazingly beautiful the ambiance is top notch ,the food is delicious. Thank you again for the hospitality. I enjoyed

The room is comfortable and nice. Spacious and has a nice view. Through the windows, you can see a running stream of water and a nice garden. No mosquitos here. But Breakfast is miserable. Staff are nice. Thanks to Eznah for the nice approach to service.

I had a very great experience at hotel Boulevard. I would definitely recommend my friends. A very polite, warm and interactive team especially the guest relationship officer Mercy. Scrumptious food and drinks not forgetting the beautiful atmosphere. It was just amazing

I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Boulevard plus the food was amazing and affordable My server (Melvin) did a tremendous job and gave us the best service Despite the weather the place is nice to host events I enjoyed

Confortable and very clean triple superior room for myself and my 2 children. Staff at reception very kind and professional. Good breakfast buffet, average dinner at HB package. Complete menu a la carte including live kitchen and pizza oven. Nice relaxing garden with bar and pool table.

Great hospitality Professional staff. The rooms are comfortable and very neat the A/C was working well . The pillows are so fluffy and soft. Ideal for a great rest after a busy day.Breakfast at the restaurant was a delightful experience, made exceptional by the impeccable service of Chef anthony and the scrumptious food. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing morning meal.

Hotel boulevard has a beautiful environment I suggested the hotel to my friends who were coming to Kenya for the first time and they really loved and enjoyed the place very much ,the staff were very professional and very friendly, I had dinner there a couple of times and their food was amazing, it didn't take long to prepare, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again , great hotel indeed
