Ambience is good, nice service, good food, Terry gave good customer service at the reception and was really helpful. I will be back soon to say hi to her and evet.

I recently stayed at the **Mercure Hotel Upper Hill** and had a mostly pleasant experience. The **rooms are spacious and comfortable**, which was a big plus for me. The overall facilities, including the breakfast, were on par with what you’d expect at a **Pullman Hotel**—good quality and well-maintained. However, I was a bit disappointed with the **hotel entrance**, which gave off a **budget hotel vibe** and didn’t match the rest of the property’s standards. It’s a small thing, but first impressions matter, and the lobby area could use an upgrade to align with the quality of the rooms and amenities. **Final Verdict:** ✔ **Pros:** Big rooms, great facilities, excellent breakfast. ✖ **Cons:** The entrance feels underwhelming for a hotel of this standard.

Top notch!! Excellent food and service. Very nice rooms. Beautiful little pool on the deck. Highly recommend! Superb ending to our trip.

I was only here for one night waiting for a connecting flight. The room was great, a big balcony that looked out toward the sun in the morning, a very nice shower and a comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, a huge selection of fruits and juices, lots of pastries and other breakfast foods to choose from. I ordered an Eggs Benedict that was way better than average. The staff was great, especially a very friendly woman named Elizabeth who helped me to my table and continued to make sure my coffee cup was full.

Zero complains. Best one yet. Friendly reception,amazing food,great customer service. Ambience 💯, the fresh air and location was easy to locate. Saida, Samuel and Gloria served us well. This place is a perfect backdrop for a special day. Definitely visiting again.
