Was stuck here because of a Kenya airways cancellation. When we arrived we were told we could have breakfast but the hole buffet was totally empty. The rooms was so dirty and old. There was so much noise. Roosters in the backyard and horrible live music so there was no chance to sleep. Don’t go.

Stayed due to delayed KQ flight, it was punishment. Staff- rude and does need training. Not hospitable at all. Location- Far from airport Rooms- leakage, no hot water & dirty bathrooms. Food- terrible, let's forget about it. Karma has punished you if you are in this hotel 😃. PUBLIC TOILETS ARE BETTER THAN THIS. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/5

Brought my family here for the swimming experience. Only place I know that is close to Jamu. Nice small semi-heated pool. The place could use a jacuzzi during the June/July months. Otherwise, nice chill spot with a rooftop bar.

My organization held its annual end-year staff party at this hotel. The food was good, although the set-up was not completed by the agreed time. But the worst thing was the parking. There is basement parking under the hotel building, and a few very narrow spaces on the road level outside. I asked if I could be permitted to enter the compound to use the basement parking and was told my car would be OK outside. When I went to leave after a few hours, my driver's door had a dent and a scratch, which had been caused by a car next to me opening their front passenger door carelessly. If there was a watchman overseeing the parking, or they had let me use the basement, this wouldn't have happened, but as it is I will have to spend money to repair it.
