Nice rooms, decor, comfy beds. Good service and food. A bit slow food service in the lounge bar, but the curry was nice! They also have a counter for snacks. Spacious and quiet rooms in the Upper Hill area in Nairobi. Good breakfast buffet. Efficient airport transport.

The Pullman hotel is a Gem! Beds are comfortable. The food is delectable. The deco was eye catching. Every moment was pure bliss. Honestly, an unforgettable experience. Counting down the days until I can go back.

Hello, I highly recommend this hotel. I think it is well situated, The rooms are really spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the decoration is really beautiful. I would return on my next stay for sure.

I spent 3 nights at this excellent hotel with all amenities where we held a seminar. The rooms are large with very confortable beds A special mention for the very helpful staff wishing to satisfy their customers. The best and courteous service !

Le service est irréprochable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le personnel est au petit soin. Les repas sont goûteux. Le ménage bien soigné. Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de choix au niveau des chaînes de télévision, et pourquoi pas Netflix.

Très bel hotel. La décoration des chambres est très agréable, la literie confortable, la salle de bain spacieuse et le tout très propre. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Les petits dejeuners et repas étaient vairés. Très bon séjour dans le cadre d'une convention.

Très bon hôtel, remis à neuf très récemment. Les chambres sont de belle factures, très confortables et bien décorées. Le personnel est attentif et professionnel, le service est donc de très bonne qualité. Je recommande particulièrement cet hôtel.
