Glee Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and cannot recommend it.Even if it was a soft opening, the operation is terrible. First, I checked in and went to my room, but the light wouldn't turn on even after inserting the card key. The porter said he would exchange the card key and return immediately, but he didn't come even after waiting 30 minutes. I called the reception and they finally brought it. I tried to take a bath at night, but there was no hot water. I called and waited, but there was no response. I had to go to the reception and say it again. Finally, a staff member came and said that someone had switched off the pump. After the bath, I called to ask for extra water and ice, but they never brought it again. I called twice and they finally brought it. What's worse, they brought a slip saying that a bottled water cost 700 shillings. I've stayed in many luxury hotels, but this was the first time I was charged for extra water, so I was very surprised. During my two-week stay in Nairobi, I stayed in eight hotels, but none of the other hotels charged for water. Security measures are also insufficient. They only check the visitors at the entrance, and anyone can come to the front of the room. In fact, persons in casual clothes who were clearly not a hotel employee knocked on the door twice. It was scary. In the other 7 hotels I stayed at this time, guests always needed a card key to get to the room. In addition, some hotels had security staff on each floor. This hotel should put more effort into security measures. One good thing was the service of the staff at the breakfast restaurant. I came to this hotel because I was attracted by the photos on the internet, but it was really the worst two days.

Best place and good music played...fine tuning of the speakers and sound levels were well balance all through the time, good and mature crowd to hang around with,the small niceties of ground nuts while taking drinks means alot..Good service from Alfred

It was my first time at the Ruby club and I loved loved it. I recommend the club to my solo babes.💯💯 Grateful to Dickson for his mixology skills and Joseph for his exemplary services. I now have a hangout spot where I can have a drink and dance. Highly highly recommend 🥂🥂💕💕

The rooftop bar services are topnotch,we had business dinner and the food was very tasty,The Hostess Fridah was very welcoming and engaging,she explained of the basement night club which we plan to visit with our business friends from Estonia,we will come back again for sure Amazing hotel and beautiful asthetics

This is a totally independent and honest review from a solo female traveler. Service was impeccable. Food was good. Drinks were fantastic. Rooms were clean. Loved the location. Not too far from city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Would 10/10 recommend and stay again. Very safe and comfortable.

Great service,kind and hands on staff i definitely look forward to come over again. Great for family and solo getaway. The beds are super comfortable and spacious rooms In terms of cleanliness its a 10/10 Also very aesthetically pleasing.

This is the talk of the town ...Glee Nairobi..it's beyond and above my expectations..the decor the ambience the food the staff are amazing ..will definitely come for a stay..you have to come in person to experience it ..shown around by Mr David he is very professional and friendly gave us a small tour of the hotel thanks..

I lack words to express my gratitude beyond my expectations at Glee lol that place is just but a heaven Another place is Rubby oooh my God Muthoni really welcomed us wholeheartedly and she's very professional we really don't regret coming there.....we will probably be coming there even with our families we enjoyed.

Amazing amazing place. I had brunch with the girls and we had the ultimate fun. Will definitely be back. The food was top notch. We enjoyed the international cuisine. The ambience was peaceful. The waiters were very kind and helpful. It was worth every thousand spent.
