While I cannot fault the facilities, given that this is a relatively new hotel, the room quality is commendable. However, I encountered an issue with the hot shower; at times, instead of warm water, it turned unexpectedly cold. Breakfast was somewhat monotonous and restrictive, prompting me to file a complaint, especially given my extended stay. And there is a club nearby that blares loud music from Friday to Sunday, making it impossible to sleep. The most significant challenge arose from the overall customer experience. The check-in process turned into a nightmare when the hotel incorrectly asserted that I had underpaid—an error on their part, not mine. Upon resolving this issue, they insisted I was not entitled to breakfast due to the alleged underpayment, leading me to navigate through bureaucratic hurdles with my organisation to rectify the situation. The most distressing aspect was the unfriendly demeanor exhibited by the front desk staff towards my guests. They would practically knock on my door, demanding identification from my guest, displaying a hostile behaviour that was both unsettling and off-putting.
