The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

This place far exceeded our expectations. The apartments are very spacious . There is very good attention to detail in terms of appliances, washrooms, bedding and general equipment. There is a luxurious feel with balcony, large sofas and rugs. The complex itself includes a food mall with a variety of outlets (the Indian restaurant is fantastic) and large supermarket. Swimming pool area is good and the large gym is the best I have ever encountered - with loads of different equipment in a very spacious area. Staff are excellent - friendly, helpful and clearly very well trained. Fredrick at reception arranged a trip to the National safari park (a great experience ) for us with no hassle at all . I would not hesitate to stay here again if in Nairobi.

We have just spent five nights at the Broadwalk Residency Apartments and highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect, a short uber to two of our meeting points for tours, 30 minutes from Nairobi National Park, the airport etc. Located above a shopping mall, we were walking distance to a supermarket, forex, and many restaurants. It is safe to wait for the uber in front of the mall by the security. The team were friendly and helpful and we even swam in the pool even though we thought we wouldn't have the time. The apartments have everything you can think of, they were quiet and we will felt safe.

Wonderful service and excellent hospitality. Would 100% recommend to anyone travelling to Nairobi! All the staff were super friendly and helpful in all departments. Will definitely be coming back to stay!
