The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

Clean and comfortable, thanks! The pool was very cool and it is a nice location. The supermarket is downstairs and there are a few coffee shops to get coffee in the morning. Staff were nice and attentive. The location was good as well and easy to get around Nairobi as needed

A very comfortable stay , roomy apartments with excellent facilities. Ideally located for business or pleasure in Nairobi. A mall nearby with great shops , food market and local transportation. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Staff very pleasant from checking in to checking out. Outstanding service received from Florence , Timon and Alfred in security.

Checkout was disrespectful. The bellboy stood over us to make sure he had all hotel wash cloths before we left. He also made a comment about my fiancés locs saying he had to cut his own to work there. I couldn’t believe he said that. We are business owners and spent a lot of money here. To be treated like that my another African is appalling! We are in Kenya! Natural hair is what we have and are supposed to see. That’s such a weird, rude and bizarre thing to say. We can go anywhere. We won’t be back!

We had our wonderful holiday in Kenya, the country of my birth. Starting with our stay in Broadwalk, we were given such a warm welcome all the way. We stayed here for almost 6 weeks and everyone was very hospitable and wonderful. Just a few names to mention, Patience, Florence, lois, Anthony, Timon, driver Peter, all staff was so great. Thanks so much for everything ❤️ 🙏 💗

Would have given 5 star but for food smell permeating through from restaurants below. Apartment was good size, very clean, excellent housekeeping team including Hilda and Jane. Customer service from Fredrick, Dennis and Samuel good too. Patience at reception extremely helpful in lending local currency from hotel petty cash for taxi on our first day. All cheerful at reception, including Florence and Rosemary. I would return to Broadwalk Residency if ever in Nairobi again.

Everything was great. Staff excellent. Kudos to Denis and Anthony, they are the best!! Pool, rooms, food, gym everything was super nice. Would definitely return here. Location is also great and well connected to the cool Nairobi area. I loved it!!
