Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton

This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff. John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me. The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated. This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

I recently stayed at Kwetu Nairobi for two days prior to safari tours and it was the best experience! The staff was incredibly accommodating, from my midnight arrival, to providing information and attention to any questions I had. The food here was delicious including the breakfast selection (the almond croissant is a must) as well as the rooftop bar with its tasty and trendy cocktail selection. The best part was that during breakfast the staff sans happy birthday to me on my birthday as well as brought me a personalized cake (that was delicious). It really made the start of the day special❤️ There were a few staff members that were super helpful including: -Hilda: she was super kind and informative in cocktail selections at the rooftop bar. -Maxwell: who provided my guest and I with coffee facial scrubs and checked on us at night. - Lucy: who was super attentive in providing me great service including coffee, pastries and an espresso martini before my departure. I can’t recommend this hotel more for a comfortable & relaxing stay for your Nairobi travel!
