Overall it was a pleasant stay and the staff was quite helpful. I didn't have any issue while checking in and checking out. Wifi connection was good, so there was no problem at all. The room with mini Theater was really good and common area had interesting games . Things to improve: Wifi can be unlimited instead of 2 GB per day. Bonfire was allowed only when there was 60% occupancy, it should be allowed everyday.

Excellent hospitality, superb food, mind-blowing ambience, fantastic location, very polite and decent staff behaviour, only a weak point is that gam room timings, kids game timing is from 11 am to 5 pm & adults game timeing is 11am to 8 pm, which is useless for peoples who went for sightseeins. Many times it closes before closing time too.

The hotel was really clean and the staff is amazingly helpful. They also provide free pickup and drop service to/from mall road which really helpful considering the difficult terrain. 10/10 will stay here again.
